DIGITAL MARKETING MEASUREMENTS AND MANAGEMENT

Performed sentiment analysis on content from Twitter and news outlets such as the New York Times and The Guardian on multiple Artificial Intelligence aspects. Analyzed datasets from Google in regards to American’s google search habits on AI. Used resources such as Anaconda, Python, and Tableau, to perform the analysis and presented in PowerPoint through descriptive storytelling. 

The project was a part of BUS423 – Digital Marketing Metrics and Management. Cal Poly describes the class as following, “Measurement and optimization of digital marketing. Return on investment, lifetime value of the customer, customer acquisition costs, search engine marketing, paid search, display advertising, website analytics, email marketing, social media marketing, online reputation, mobile marketing, and new media marketing.”
